Copy/Paste existing files from iPad 2 into app w/o another computer.

Had an already completed avery 5160 template with addresses in Pages on iPad 2 and also addresses in a Numbers app. Couldnt copy/paste or import either pages or numbers data. Did not want labels for all of my Contacts. Did not want to either create labels one at a time or copy one at a time. I only have an IPad 2.
